Bad breath is one of the most common problems we face. In some cases, bad breath could be a sign of an underlying medical condition. But often it is a reflection of poor oral hygiene. For example, not brushing and flossing regularly, or eating food which causes unpleasant odors, such as onions. To combat bad breath, brush your teeth with fluoride-containing toothpaste at least twice a day for two minutes each time, and floss daily to prevent food trapped between your teeth from causing bacterial growth.
